The location here is perfect, with restaurants and the metro station nearby; the rooms are quiet, comfortable, and come with a sofa.

It was a favourable and stunning location not far from the nearest metro station as well as the # HolidayInnExpress public areas.

1. Our air conditioning was not working and although we asked them to check it, it never worked, they didn't offer to change rooms, the air was not working and had a very annoying knocking at bedtime in room 2529. 2. The bell boy in the morning was always with a long face and visibly annoyed and desperate to help us, the truth is that when we left if it wasn't because we brought things and needed the gondola, we definitely wouldn't have called him. 3.- The room was clean at first but it doesn't feel comfortable or cozy, it causes a lot of stress to have the sink right next to the bed and because the sink water is not right, the glass gets wet and it relaxes. 4.- We asked for some blankets and had to call three times and wait a long time for them to bring it to us. 5.- In general the staff was "smiling" but they do not feel kind and they give you the plane and do not attend you in what you ask them.

The stay here was pleasant despite encountering a few unfriendly employees, but the breakfast included was very good.

In general the hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious, clean, the bed has an indescribable comfort, some articles were missing in the bathroom that normally provide all hotels (cap for the bathroom, shoe polisher, kleenex, etc) but in general everything is fine

The only inconvenience I had during my stay was that the room we had been assigned was not working, I reported it, a technician arrived and told us that because it was at room temperature and because the lights were on it felt warmer (clearly he was lying to me because it had nothing to do with it), he reported it and left, after half an hour the room was still hot so I reported it again and they took us to a fan that works with ice that did not cool either. I was already a little upset with the situation so I called guest service from the hotel chain and they answered very quickly and within 10 minutes of finishing the call, they called me from the reception to move us from room to room.

The breakfast spread was great, with lots of good options. The location of the hotel was nice and absolutely perfect - at a short distance from Mercado de la Escandon.

The fact that when you want to go to another floor you cant. Just your floor.

The staff at Bel Air Business Mexico City Wtc, Trademark By Wyndham is incredibly nice and ensure you have a great time here. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms equipped with a fridge, sofa, and microwave, showing that they care about everyone.

Location of the hotel was key to our activities in Mexico City, the staff was very helpful and polite, nice and willing to make your stay a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, comfortable and private, we loved staying there!

The room we stayed in had a comfy sofa 🛋️ and provided all the basic facilities we needed.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was good and fairly clean. Also, location was favourable and amazing, just a short walk away from a football stadium. Moreover, the area was fairly nice. The whole experience was nice, nothing to complain about, totally recommend.

The busy world trade center was just next door, making it extremely convenient. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning. Our room was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The dining options were impressive, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area perfect for unwinding. The continental breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including a solarium and sun terrace. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception provided added convenience. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff were all accommodating and amicable. The location was amazing in a safe area. The property was adjacent to the nearest metro station, the center, and Mexico City on business. The lunch in De Costa a Costa not too far from the hotel had every choice imaginable.
